How to get your shop Featured on ChitralBazaar.com, and what you get
Every day, people in Chitral open Chitral Bazaar to find a shop and contact it. In one week in late October alone, they sent 1,381 WhatsApp messages and made 105 calls to shops, and 468 times they used the map to walk to one.
A Featured Shop puts your shop in front of those customers first. Here's exactly what you get, what it costs, and how to start.
What a Featured Shop gets
For as long as your placement runs, your shop appears in three places:
- At the top of your category, above every other shop, for example first in Bakeries or Mobile Repair.
- At the top of matching searches, when someone searches for what you sell.
- On the Home page, in the Featured shops row that everyone sees when they open the app.
What it costs
Rs 199 for one week, or Rs 699 for one month, which saves 18%. There are only three Featured places in each category, so it's first come, first served. If your category is full, you can book after one ends.
Already featured and want more time? Buying again simply adds the new week or month after your current one ends.
Is Featured right for your shop?
Featured works best for shops people search for when they need something now: restaurants and bakeries, mobile repair, pharmacies, tailors, clothing and shoe shops, transport and electronics. In busy categories, being first in the list is the difference between getting the call and being scrolled past.
It's also a good fit when you have something new to tell people: new stock before Eid, a new branch, or a new service. A week at the top makes sure the people already searching see you first.
Tip: Before you buy, complete your page: add photos, your WhatsApp number and what you sell. A Featured shop with a full page turns many more views into calls.
1Claim your shop first
Advertising is bought from your shop's own dashboard, so your shop needs to be claimed by you. If you haven't yet, claim your shop. It's free and takes two minutes.
2Choose Featured Shop in your dashboard
Sign in at chitralbazaar.com/owner, open Grow, and tap Advertise. Choose Featured Shop and pick 1 week or 1 month. You'll see whether your category still has a free place.
3Pay by Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank
The next screen shows the account to pay into and a payment reference. Send the amount from your Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank app (Raast works too).
Then upload a screenshot of the payment and type the transaction ID (TID) from the SMS or receipt. Our team checks it, and your placement starts as soon as it's approved.

Fair for customers too
Paid placements are always marked Sponsored, so customers know. And some things are never for sale: reviews, star ratings and the Owner verified badge can't be bought. That keeps Chitral Bazaar trustworthy, which is exactly why customers use it.

Your dashboard's Overview shows how many people opened your page and how many called, sent a WhatsApp or used Visit Shop, day by day. Compare the weeks before and during your Featured placement to see what it brought you.

How do I pay?
By Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer (including Raast). Upload a screenshot and the transaction ID in your dashboard, and our team approves it.
When does my Featured placement start and end?
It starts as soon as our team approves your payment and runs for exactly 7 days (one week) or 30 days (one month). If you are already featured, a new purchase starts when the current one ends.
Can I buy reviews or a better rating?
No. Reviews, ratings and the Owner verified badge are never for sale. Only placement is paid, and it is always marked Sponsored.
