About Chitral Bazaar

Every shop in Chitral, in your pocket.

Chitral has almost everything you could need — if you already know which shop, which lane, and who to ask. This app collects that knowledge in one place so anyone can look it up. Some people spell it Chitral Bazar, others Chitral Bazaar — same bazaar, same shops.

How it works

  1. 1

    Say what you need

Type it the way you'd say it out loud — “laptop repair”, “curtains”, or the name of the person who runs the shop.

  2. 2

    See who has it

The shops that match, whether they're open right now, and what they're known for.

  3. 3

    Find your way there

A landmark and a line of directions, because half the bazaar doesn't run on street addresses.

Everything from pharmacies, mobile shops and tailors to restaurants, hardware stores and coaster services. New shops are added every week.

Why it exists

Most shops in Chitral don't have a website, and many aren't on any map. Finding the right one usually means asking around: which shop repairs this, who sells that, is it open on Friday, and where exactly is it? Visitors, students and people new to town feel this most, but locals do too.

Chitral Bazaar puts that knowledge in one place, free for anyone to search. It also gives small shops a simple way to be found online without having to build anything themselves.

What's on a listing

  • Phone and WhatsApp

Tap to call or message the shop directly.

  • Opening hours

Including whether it's open right now, in Chitral time.

  • Landmark and directions

Written the way people in Chitral give directions.

  • Walking route

Visit Shop draws a route from where you're standing.

  • Photos

Usually the shop front, so you know it when you see it.

  • Who runs it

Owner or manager names, when the shop is happy to share them.

Not every shop has every detail yet. We fill the gaps as we check them.

How listings are added and checked

Every listing is added by the Chitral Bazaar team, one shop at a time. Details come from visiting the shop, from the owner, or from public sources such as signboards and the shop's own social pages. Suggestions sent through the site are reviewed before anything is published. Nothing goes live automatically.

Shops marked Verified have had their details checked by our team. Hours and numbers can still change, so if something looks wrong, tap Report on the shop's page and we'll correct it.

Where we cover

Chitral town's bazaar and the markets and roads around it:

Smaller places nearby are listed too. You can also browse by category or on the bazaar map.

For shop owners

If your shop isn't listed, suggest it here. A photo of the shop front and its location help us add it faster. If your shop is listed and something needs changing, or you'd rather it wasn't listed at all, tap Report on its page or contact us.

How it's paid for

Chitral Bazaar is free to use, with no account or sign-up. It's supported by ads from Google, which appear in marked spaces and are kept separate from shop listings. We don't sell data. The privacy policy explains exactly what is collected.

Who made it

Chitral Bazaar was built at Sadevz Labs by Saqlain Amin.

Sadevz Labs

A small software studio. It takes on products that solve a real, specific problem for a real place — Chitral Bazaar is one of them. More at sadevz.com or info@sadevz.com.

Saqlain Amin

Developer of Chitral Bazaar, working out of Sadevz Labs. He is from Chitral, which is really the whole reason this app exists. Portfolio at saqlainamin.online, email saqlain@sadevz.com.

Listings are added and checked shop by shop. If one you know is missing or wrong, tell us about it — that's how it stays useful.
