Owner terms.

These Owner terms are an agreement between you and Sadevz Labs, which runs Chitral Bazaar (“we”, “us”). They apply when you claim a shop and whenever you manage it on Chitral Bazaar. They are in addition to our Terms of use and Privacy policy, which also apply to you. If they conflict, these Owner terms win for anything about managing a shop.

1. Accepting these terms

By ticking the box on the claim form, signing in to finish a claim, or using the owner dashboard, you accept these Owner terms. That is a binding agreement made electronically, in the same way as signing on paper. If you claim on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to accept them for that business, and “you” includes the business. If you don't agree, don't claim or manage a shop.

2. Who can claim a shop

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must own the shop, or manage it with the owner's permission.
• You claim with a single-use code from the Chitral Bazaar team, given after we check who is asking. The code is personal: don't share or sell it.
• Claiming a shop you have no right to — for example by pretending to be its owner — is not allowed. We will remove that access, and it may also be an offence under the law.

3. What you promise us

Every time you add or change something on Chitral Bazaar, you confirm that:

• the information is true, current and not misleading, and you will correct it when it changes;
• you own, or have permission to use, every photo, logo and text you upload, and using them here doesn't break anyone else's rights;
• your shop has the licences, registrations and permissions the law requires for what it sells or offers;
• you follow the laws that apply to your business, including on prices, consumer protection, food safety, weights and measures, and tax.

4. Your account

• Your Google account or email address is the key to your shop. Keep it secure. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
• Tell us straight away at info@chitralbazaar.com if you think someone else is using it.

5. Rules for your listing

You must not use your listing, products, replies or anything else on Chitral Bazaar to:

• mislead customers about your shop, prices, stock, quality or what you sell;
• post anything illegal, false, defamatory, obscene, hateful, threatening, or that breaks anyone's privacy;
• use another business's name, logo or photos, or pretend to be someone else;
• harm, insult or make false claims about other businesses or people;
• post personal details of other people (phone numbers, addresses, ID cards) without their permission;
• post links, adverts or content unrelated to your shop, or spam;
• interfere with the site, its security, search ranking or other people's listings.

6. Products on the Marketplace

• Post only things your shop really sells and has, with your own real photo and the real price. Mark a product sold out when it's gone.
• Not allowed: medicines, tobacco and naswar, alcohol and drugs, weapons and ammunition, gold jewellery, vehicles, live animals, fresh meat, fruit and vegetables, fake or copied brands, stolen goods, and anything else that is illegal to sell in Pakistan.
• A shop can have up to 20 products. Each stays up for 30 days unless you renew it.
• The sale is entirely between you and the customer. You are responsible for the product, its price, quality, safety, delivery, payment, returns, refunds and any warranty.

7. Reviews

• You may reply once, publicly, to each review of your shop. Replies must follow section 5.
• You can't delete or edit reviews. You may ask us to check a review you believe breaks our rules; we decide, and a review is never removed only because it is negative.
• Don't review your own shop or a competitor, and don't ask, pay or reward anyone for a review. Don't pressure, threaten or retaliate against people who review you.

8. Permission to show your content

You keep ownership of your photos and text. You give us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, copy, resize, crop, translate, display and share them on Chitral Bazaar and to promote Chitral Bazaar and your shop — for example on our social media pages, posters and videos. This licence continues for content already published or shared before you remove it or stop managing the shop, and for copies kept in backups.

9. What Chitral Bazaar does — and doesn't do

• Chitral Bazaar is a directory. We don't sell, buy, take orders, handle payments or deliver. We are not a party to any deal between you and a customer, and not your agent, partner or employer.
• We decide how listings, products and reviews appear, in what order, and in which searches and categories. We don't promise any number of views, calls, customers or sales, or any search position.
• The “Owner verified” mark means a person we checked manages the listing. It is not a recommendation or a guarantee of your shop, products or service.
• The numbers on your dashboard (views, calls, searches) are estimates, as counted by our systems. They are counts only — we never show who the visitors were.
• The basic listing and owner tools are free. If we add paid extras, they will be optional and we will tell you first.

10. Our rights over listings and access

To keep the site accurate, lawful and safe, we may at any time, with or without notice:

• check, edit, correct, hide or remove any listing detail, photo, product, reply or review;
• review some changes before they appear — changes to a shop's name, category, phone number or location are always checked by our team;
• suspend or remove your access — for example if the shop changes hands, someone shows they are the real owner, you break these terms or the law, or we receive a complaint or a request from an authority;
• keep a shop listed as a public directory entry after you stop managing it.

Every change to ownership is recorded. Where it's reasonable, we will tell you why.

11. Contacting you

You agree that we may contact you by WhatsApp, phone call, SMS or email about your shop, your listing, your claim, these terms and new features of Chitral Bazaar. You can ask us to stop non-essential messages at any time.

12. Your responsibility to us (indemnity)

If anyone makes a claim, complaint or legal case against Sadevz Labs, Chitral Bazaar or our team because of your listing, your content, your products, your dealings with customers, or your breaking these terms or the law, you agree to cover the resulting losses, damages, fines and reasonable legal costs, and to help us deal with it.

13. No guarantees and limits on our liability

• Chitral Bazaar and the owner tools are provided “as is” and “as available”. We don't guarantee they will always work, be error-free, or keep your data forever — keep your own copies of anything important.
• As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any lost sales, profits, customers, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, or for anything a customer, another owner or any third party does.
• As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with Chitral Bazaar is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (zero for the free service) or PKR 5,000, whichever is higher.
• Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

14. Stopping

• You can stop managing your shop or delete your account at any time by contacting us. Your shop stays listed as a public directory entry unless we agree to remove it.
• If access ends, sections 3, 8, 12, 13 and 16 continue to apply to what happened before.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its date. If a change matters, we will tell owners through the dashboard, WhatsApp or email. Continuing to manage your shop after a change means you accept it.

16. Law and disputes

• These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
• If there is a problem, contact us first. We will try to settle it in good faith within 30 days.
• If it can't be settled, the courts at Chitral, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, have exclusive jurisdiction.

17. General

• If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a rule straight away, we can still enforce it later.
• You may not transfer your claim or these terms to someone else. We may transfer them to whoever takes over running Chitral Bazaar.
• These terms, the Terms of use and the Privacy policy are the whole agreement about managing a shop.

18. Advertising and payments

• You can pay for a Featured Shop (top of your category and of matching searches, and the home page's “Featured shops” row) or a Shop of the Week (the home page spotlight for one Monday-to-Sunday week, plus a reel on our social media). Prices are shown before you pay.
• You pay us directly through Easypaisa, JazzCash, a bank or in cash, then send the screenshot and transaction ID. A placement starts only after we find the payment in our account. Sending a fake or edited screenshot, or someone else's transaction, ends your access and may be reported.
• Paid placements are always labelled “Sponsored”. Paying never buys reviews, ratings, the “Owner verified” mark or a place in the normal results — and we don't promise any number of views, calls or sales.
• Each category has a limited number of featured places, given in the order payments are approved. We may refuse or end a placement that breaks these terms or the law, or that we can't run for reasons outside our control.
• Refunds: a payment we don't accept, or a placement we can't start, is refunded in full. If we end a placement early for a reason that isn't your fault, we refund the unused days. Placements that have started are otherwise not refundable. Refunds go back the same way you paid.
• Payment screenshots are kept privately for our records and seen only by our team; they are never shown on the site.
