Mobile repair in Chitral: how to find a shop you can trust
A cracked screen or a phone that suddenly stops charging is stressful, especially when you need it for work, Easypaisa or keeping in touch with family down country.
Chitral has more than twenty mobile repair shops, from Attaleeq Bazaar and Goldur Chowk to Purana Bazaar and PIA Chowk. This guide shows how to find them on Chitral Bazaar, pick the right one for your problem, and ask the price before you hand over your phone.
1Search for the repair you need
Open chitralbazaar.com and search for the problem, not just "mobile". For example, screen replacement, battery, charging port or software. You can also search for a part, like a charger or back cover.
Search reads each shop's description, so shops that mention that exact repair come first.
2Or browse every repair shop by area
Open the Mobile Repair category to see every repair shop in one list. Each card shows the bazaar it's in, so you can pick one that's close: Main Bazaar, Attaleeq Bazaar, Purana Bazaar, PIA Chowk or Purana Sabzimandi.
3Read the shop's page before you go
A shop's page tells you a lot. Look at what it says it repairs (hardware, software, screens, batteries), whether it sells original or genuine parts, its photos, and its landmark, such as "near Bypass Chowk" or "inside Al Nigah Market".
A Verified badge means our team has checked the shop's details. Owner verified means the owner runs the page and keeps it up to date.
4Ask the price on WhatsApp first
Tap WhatsApp on the shop's page and describe the problem, with a photo if you can. Ask three things before you go: the price, whether the part is original or copy, and how long the repair takes.
Asking two or three shops takes two minutes and often saves you a lot on a screen or battery.
- "Salam, my Infinix Hot 30 screen is cracked but the phone works. What is the price for an original screen, and how long will it take?"
- "Salam, my phone charges very slowly. Can you check the charging port today?"
Tip: Before handing over your phone, back up your photos and contacts and remove your SIM and memory card. Never share your Easypaisa or bank PIN with anyone.
Questions to ask at the counter
A good repair shop will happily answer these:
- Is there any warranty on the new screen or battery? How many days?
- Will my data be safe? Do you need to reset the phone?
- Can I see the old part after you replace it?
- What happens if the problem comes back next week?
Need a charger, cover or a new phone instead?
Most repair shops in Chitral also sell accessories: chargers, cables, earphones, power banks, back covers, screen protectors and memory cards. Search the item itself, for example fast charger, power bank or screen protector, to see every shop that keeps it.
